Another clown trolling the Internet to steal school lists in hopes of ripping you off some money. This sites and the scumbags that operate them are not affiliated with your school. They take advantage of your schools. How? They crawl the web and find schools with email addresses on their sites. Or they buy them from lists. Or worse, they just mass email spam to everyone letting you tell them what school and year you attended or graduated.

What purpose do these sites serve? Nothing good to the common public. They are just here for the hopes of some small minded individuals who i their short sighted greed for a buck stoop too low for my tastes. IMHO - do not use usareunited.com mychallange.net or any of its affiliates or partner sites.

Lets look at their current shifty technique to steal your information, time and money line by line -

The feedback on the new site for Gloucester Catholic High School Alumni <shitty link removed> has been so good that I am reminding you to register.

New site? Its just a blank listing for every school in the country that the site owners purchased and bulk uploaded when they started the site most likely. Remind me again? I never asked you in the first place. Remind me again? Last time I got this, I asked to be unsubscribed. That they just ignored. Hmm, I should send a copy of this blog to the FCC. this outfit is in the US and I would be shocked if usareunited.com isn’t under a current investigation for CAN-SPAM legal actions against them.

The email itself gets flagged as spam in the headers -

And what about the bogus email addresses? The messages say they are from alumni@mychallange.net

In addition to free registration, they are also offering a Lifetime Membership for Premium Members if you sign up in the next few weeks.

How many weeks? For something to be a sale, it has to be sold at a regular price for some amount of time in the US otherwise it violates a few well known consumer protection laws and regulations. But then again, these people at usareunited.com are spammers. What do they care about the law?

Right away I will flood the Internet asking them to go to a website for my own personal high school alumni. Oh no wait, you want to be the world’s alumni site. How about starting small and letting people want to come to you rather then trying to be yet another shitty website for the masses. Its called a business plan. Unfortunately cheap websites, easy to steal graphics and themes, and cheap stolen email addresses let these clowns dream big. Big wet sucky websites.

I have never ever never been a member of this site. Ever. This is just BS spam. Can you show me Chase when I signed up for usareundited, alumnigraduate and mychallange.net ? If I signed up for one, that never gives you the right to sell or transfer the list to yourself and send out even more spam. And if I did sign up, why am I not using that website as a member? Because it sucked? Then your email would be asking me to return as a member and see all the great new things. Thats how you market to returning customers. This blurb is here to protect yourself from a potential lawsuit but it doesn’t work it a court of law because a jury would not believe that you are so stupid to think they would.

It is very clear and obvious that they harvest email addresses off of school web sites and without regard to previous opt out attemtps, they just mass flood anyone and everyone. Why? Because usunited.com is an illegal operation and its operators and owners need to be fines and arrested.
