I sat down finally and took control over the large number of tags that I was using a small amount of times. With so many tags, items could be classified properly, and in too narrow of a foucus. This was a strong suit to categories, and also their limitation. After a cleanup, here is my final….current….tag listing:

america, anna, auto, book, brighid, business, cellphone, charity, convention, customer service, education, eilis, entertainment, environment, etiquette, family, gaming, granuaile, ham radio, health, holidays, humor, internet, junk mail, microsoft, military, MMORPG, movies, music, politics, restaurant, review, self-help, software, spam, starbucks, technology, television, travel, vision

When making the decision, I asked myself, “Jim, could you write a sentence or two about what this tag means?” This caused several duplicates such as food and diet to get lumped together into health. It also caused the repeat of an earlier ide - I would like to add graphic icons for the tags below posts, or above them. Similiar to the tag icons at another popular website.
