Michael Lott is another of the ilk of real estate agents who floods the local landfills with trash and garbage. Do you want to sell your home? Then go find a realtor - just do not go to Weichert Realtors. It seems Micahel as a sales associate and President’s Club winner, thinks that the local landfill needs a pile of magnets, football schedules, ink, paper and trash. Do you have Internet access? To you know that Monday night football is played on Monday nights?
In this day and age, these cheap gimmicks and stunts show us who is doing business by a playbook that is decades out of date. And spending money on costly and environmently unfriendly efforts. All to get a buck. How many does Michael J. Lott send out? Thousands? How many responses does he get back? If he gets one, and it leads to a closing, then it is worth it to Michael. Real estate agents such as Michael Lott seem not to be concerned with the environment.
Does he take people around in a smart car, electric or hybrid vehicle? And then flood the local landfill with a ton of waste, pollution and hazardous materials? Has he never heard of the concept of carbon footprint?
When I sell my house, it will not be with Michael Lott. And he certaintly will not be welcome to bring clients in to see it.
I contacted MIchael Lott at his number 856-227-3428 x 167 and his cell 609-472-9158 and left him a message. Michael let me know that he flooded all of Bellmawr with his trash. Then asked if I was ready to relist my house for sale. Apparently he is hitting the arrogant real estate agent list in 2 ways - flood anyone and everyone, and then also flood anyone who had a listing that did not sell. What a great way to piss off potential listings - send out trash mailings.
Now did the envelope say it was from a real estate agent? No it came in a plain white envelope with no return address and the cheesie full color printing labeled sports schedule enclosed. So this would be considered deceptive marketing by most, and another waste of resources printing a colour envelope.

As for your response - as a local real estate agent, his job is to help people buy homes and sell homes. Not litter the local landfill with trash. That pollutes the local environment - bad for property values and sales. That causes excessive waste removal which raises property taxes - also bad for property values and sales.
So, yes Melissa, he is doing his job by NOT sending out junk mailings.
