Loading ...If you are behind on car payments, this device could render your vehicle useless until you pay up. I would think is a joke, but all the information makes it look like something people are doing. Shocking. Given the technology, it sees doable. Send out a LoJack type signal to the car. It has a pager or other device in it. Now of course, why wouldn’t the deadbaet just remove the device as they roll off the lot?
