I received two more follow-up calls from Dauntless Software, the makes of hamexam.com - As a member of the Amateur Radio community for 30 years now, I have never had to deal with someone who would call me and in one call have the following to say

• you worthless piece of shit
• I will contact ever VEC in your area and tell them how horrible of a person you are
• you know what, fuck you
• and the list goes on

This sort of unprofessional behavior and just out right piss poor customer service has no business in the ham community. It has no business in any community, but most certainly not in one where we work to better ourselves, be available to help each other, and when necessary help others. It is a hobby and something we do to better ourselves.

On their last and final call, this person thought it would be funny to say “we will process your refund, do you know why? Because we like the picture of your wife on your web site” laughs and then hangs up.

That sort of childish behavior is not needed at any time, and is never appropriate.

Don’t agree with my list of bugs, major or minor, they let it go. But to continue, 3 times now, to contact me on the phone to try and lecture and argue you way out of the problem? And each they do not argue the problems, they admit they are they and try and sweep them under the rug as minor to them and of no consequence to me or anyone else. Well the bother me enough to report it. They made the move to just be jerks about it. And continue to be jerks.
