Chicken Curry at Safari Express

Always one to order something different, today I tried the Chicken Curry. Another full lunch at $7.49 for the plate of chicken curry, salad and the pita bread. The pita I could skip. Yesterday it was great to sop things up, today it got left behind. The salad dressing is very tasty. Jammal tossed in the banana today, and after getting me hooked on the hot tea let me know he actually sells it for a $1 a cup Something to add to the order every time you come to eat here - it is a very nice cup of tea. And by the time it cools down and you put the lid on it, you will find yourself walking back to the office with a nice after lunch drink in your hands.

Ran into the security guard that took my picture at the counter today. Minneapolis is a small world when you are eatting at the food court next to the office. Former Army cook, who worked at a riverboat casino before getting tired of food service work. Nice lunch conversation. Stay at the counter rather then getting the lunch to go and sitting alone at your desk.
