We were shopping at the Deptford The Vitamin Shoppe this morning while the two older ones at Tae Kwan Do. In the store is a fancy scale, height analyzer and BMI calculator. The scary part is that for my height and age, the deal weight is 140 to 185. I could not imagine me being that skinny, or on the high end being the same weight withing 10 pounds as the day I joined the US Navy.
