Jim Skamarakas

One of the major downsides of my family is that we only hear from the rest of the family when someone dies, and when someone is born, they call or send a letter to Mary Anne Wheeler in Michigan. She was always the keeper of the family tree. With Brighid interested in a military career, we are getting her in touch with our extended relatives so she can hear from different people what a career in the military is really like.

That brings us to Ed Skamarakas, USMC, Master Sergeant, Retired

My Dad, Custy Constantine J Skamarakas is dead. Next step would be for me to check with Fran or the relatives on the farm. I could call David, or go down that path. Or eail or call Mary Anne,  the keeper of all family tree information from branches to leaves to nuts. Anna, did we hear from her after we sent our last bit of news to her 3 years ago? See, no one dies, so we stay in really close contact.

And with so little of us in the world, it should be easier. Ed’s number I could locate is old and disconnected. No luck there. I can check with the friend who works for a major accounting firm where I ran into one of my relatives a few years ago while doing an Exchange and Active Directory migration.
