American Express received - F on customer service

In the email Inbox today was yet another email survey on my disputed charged from 4 months ago. Still unresolved, still churning through the system. And still sending me email survey forms.

Is it possible for you to have made it any more difficult, time consuming or harassing to me as a customer? Whom ever is in charge of pissing off customers is doing a bang up job.
