Lunch at Pike’s Market
Posted by Jim on February 12, 2008
I sent an email out to the local team for a walk to Pike’s Market for lunch. At 11:30 a small group of us took off. After the mandatory picture of the 2 who had never been here on the pig, we went waking around. Lunch was at one of the many fine restaurants. Almost all of us ordered the fish & chips platter.
This is way off my diet, but when in Rome. The fish was lightly breaded, tasted great. The chips, with the dash of malt vinegar were thin, crisp and great tasting. And the bottle of water to finish off my lunch. Not bad for $14 for lunch in downtown Seattle with an awesome view from the 3rd floor dining room.
