TechReady 6 Day -I Midwest team dinner
Great team dinner tonight at Wild Ginger Asian Restaurant, located on 1401 3rd Ave, Seattle, WA. This restaurant has multiple floors, and we were in a private room on the second floor. No outside noise bother our loud laughing and chatter. I am not sure if any of our noises leaked out to the other guests.
For a party as large as out group, this was a great place to eat. Long large tables, chance to chat with everyone around us. Spring rolls were followed by skewered shrimp and beef, then a salad, and then the dinner plates. Dinner is family style, which I am a big fan of for parties. It forces people to not order just for themselves, lets people pick and choose from a number of items, both favorites and new tastes.
Great conversation and lots of laughing from the wigs and glasses being passed around from the David collection - great fun. Scott has a ton of pictures of everyone in the various pieces he needs to get uploaded for everyone to see. The pictures I took in the lobby are all to dark. With corrections they are still too difficult to make out anyone. Note - learn where the flash is on my camera on the AT&T Tilt
Best things tonight - the conversations, the company, and the hot sake. The scallops were awesome, can’t forget the scallops.
The entertainment outside of the conversations was great fun - trivia cards, picture games. It is a great group of people on the team, and having everyone around a big table chatting is a great way to spend the evening with everyone.
