This has to have been the best part of last nights American Idol trials - all of the people in the clips trying to sing GLAMOROUS. Now I love dance music. I listen to it all the time. I run and walk to it, I am listening to it now. It is the music played it strip clubs and bars - it is the music of my people. People who know how to have a good time, people who love to dance, people who love live and the love of their family and friends every day that the sun shines on God’s great Earth.

And I know the words, or some of them, to every dance song. In many I can tell you the song in 3 beats. And the words I don’t know I look up, figure out, or don’t sign those. But I would certainty not go on American Idol as my one and only chance to make it to Hollywood and NOT know the words.

It was sad for me as a fan of the song to listen to it being hacked to pieces by all those people. But I did laugh out loud at the one Asian accented contestants attempt at Grammerous - Grr RR A m o RR o you SS - That was hilarious and so not PC. Thank you American Idol for putting that on the air.
