zacefron - what is zacefron ?

Now I do not know what zacefron is. Where did this word come from? A cartoon on Facebook for a bumper sticker to advertise the ZACEFRON is my anti-drug. So is zacefron a jumble? Is zacefron a reversed word? I don’t know what notfecaz is either? Not for catz? Is that a line from an 80’s song by the Stray Cats? I could not say a hit and Stray Cats in the same sentenance so I just said song.

Why would I know Zac Efron? It says zacefron - like a brand name or a drug or phrase. And as for High School Musical and High School Musical 2 - do you think I have every seen them?
