Loading ...This protein bar from Labrada is a very tasty peanut bar with Caramel and Nougut in it. It looks and tastes like a real candy bar. It is thick and chewy, and a fine bar to eat. Of course it is packed with peanuts, so if you don’t or can’t have those, be sure to skip this item.
At 2.3 ounces and 290 calories this is a great bar but the protein is only 21 grams. For the benefit, its better to go with another bar that has 30 grams or more of protein.
Unlike the other bars I have been trying out, this one doesn’t melt in room temperatures and is fine to eat while walking down to the gym.This weekend I will pick up a box of them for the following week. They are tasty, have peanuts, and a nice taste, texture and just a bit of that needed salty taste that lets you know its a real meal.
