2007 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer review - Hertz #1 Gold Club
Today was a very nice upgrade from the Ford Fusion or Kia I rent - in otherwords, the cheapest thing on the list. Today I got a 2007 Ford Explorer with only 8,525 miles on it. And the exterior condition was nice. I have not driven an Explorer in years. It was a very nice ride, great visibility, and easy handling. The vehicle had a sticker on the drivers inside windshield stating that this was not a 4 wheel drive vehicle. I wonder if people assume, or get confused, that such a sticker is needed.
The car has a Sirius satelite radio, and an antenna. But the service is not hooked up. When you hit the AUX button, you get the message to call SIRIUS for service. It was on my rental bill, and I had to report it as a problem when I returned the car. It was adjusted immediately.
Once again I have a car with Hertz Never Lost. Now if I just never go outside of my little track, it would come in handy. The interior was in great condition with nothing negative to say. This is a very nice vehicle, and continues the long line of rentals from Hertz always being in great condition with low mileage.
