Sports gridle or bra only

Does anyone make a sports girdle to go with a sports bra? My wife had gastric bypass surgery, has done great and lost a ton of weight. Now she has been working out at the gym, and needs some extra holding power while she is waiting for that plastic surgery for all the skin. Sports bras are everywhere. But she needs extra control around her waist.
Looking on the web for sports bras doesn’t find the bottom part to go with them. Sports underwear only shows sports bras. The idea of getting a pair of lycra boys shorts a size to small and squeezing into them doesn’t sound too comfortable. Anyone know where to get this piece of gear for woman?
