Courtyard Marriott Milwaukee WI review
Once again I am spending a week at the Courtyard Marriott 300 W Michigan St, Milwaukee WI 53203. This week I am on the 6th floor, same as the platinum lounge, but with a window facing the inside courtyard. The view is not as exciting as the Michigan St views which give you some very nice architecture across the street and a tree lined park that has lighted trees and paths. The hotel staff is still very friendly and courteous. In fact, as I am leaving once of the front desk staff comments on the weather from a conversation we had the week before. It is this sort of friendliness that you want as a frequent business traveler at a hotel.
Dry cleaning - was waiting for me when I returned, and they offered to send it up to my room. The dry cleaning prices have gone up all over especially with hotel services that have to come and do a pick-up and the return delivery. I am trying to only use the local dry cleaners near the office, but for those rush jobs or when I forget, it is nice to have this convenient same day turn around service.
Parking - if you are staying here more then 8 days, go over to the parking garage and get the monthly parking pass. After 8 nights parking, the monthly pass would be free.
Comfort - the beds in this room are comfortable, linens clean, and no problems staying warm and cozy during the Wisconsin winter nights.
