What makes a Wordpress theme premium?

Loading ...A wordpress premium theme is a notch above a normal theme for any of a few reasons -
- The theme is just more polished
- Not a rip off of another theme with just a color change - premium is not the red version of a blue theme based on a black theme
- Theme is original work, not a description that starts with “based off of the 1.01 version of abcde”
- Theme includes custom graphics and the PSD files for customization
- Theme designer intended for the theme to be used for a commercial or large traffic site
- Documentation throughout the theme files (useful documentation)
I am sure I could think of things that make a theme premium, but this was started in response to a post at http://weblogtoolscollection.com/archives/2008/01/12/what-makes-a-wordpress-theme-premium/ so I will have to see what others respond.
