Tom at AT&T Go Phone
Tom, the supervisor at AT&T GoPhone who had us sit down throw a fucking waste of time to change my PIN. Dick, I mean Tom, your clerks typed my home address at Napple - an odd way to spell Maple. Tom had us sit and listen to his long winded tirade speach about account security and FCC regulations. I just have to shake my head at stupid dicks such as Tom from AT&T GoPhone customer service who when asked a very simple “Tom, what specific statute or regulation prohibits you from fixing your typo?”, he stammers and says “um, the FCC, the people who regulate us.”
Dear Tom, before you pull stupid shit out of your mouth, think first. Oh and as I said on the phone, fuck off and have a nice day
