A bad CiCi’s experience

Bad pizza at CiCi’s in Smithfiled, NC

This was our worst experience at a CiCi’s in over 10 years. This was also our first time at a CiCi’s outside of Florida. The cashier could not take credit cards, we could not get a card stamped or a new card because she was out of them, the line was bare of almost everything. What was there was cold or just bland tasting. The only thing they had right was the pitchers of sweet and unsweetened tea were filled. At no time did anyone offer to make up any new pizza, the one lady working on pizza was moving slices onto other trays to fill it up. No friendly and loud usual welcome to CiCi’s we have come to expect from this great chain and family fun place to dine.

Look, if this was on a credit card I would call it in as a bad meal and deny the charge, that’s how bad things were - instead I spent $25.94 on 3 @ 4.99 adult combos, adult drinks and child combo and drinks. I’ll chalk it up to a lesson learned. Don’t ever go to another CiCi’s outside of Florida, and especially don’t go to one in Smithfield, NC.

I have never picked up a piece of pizza at a CiCi’s taken it to my table, taken a bite and put it down because it was cold, or just tasted bad. Until this visit. Enough said
