Images in WordPress posts

We use Gallery2 for our family photo gallery. it is free, flexible and just always works. It also does not screw around with the images. They are there and the tool manages the access and presentation. Having worked with some other systems, having crap to stupid stuff like preappend to the file names on disk the album and category names, this is way better.

But the question here is, what is the best way to include a photo in a wordpress blog post? Like the image attached. Check it out and let me know if you can see it, or a thumbnail and how it looks in this or different themes.Thread Direction

Thanks for your suggestions!

  1. Interesting - in this theme the attachment is not visible at all. Something to look into

  2. OKAY, had to go into the File Upload, then Browse, click on the image and then Send to editor. From there, it can be manipulated in the graphic or code display.
