Selling a bedroom set
The baby needs a new bed. The oldest needs to move into the single room. The middle one and the youngest are going into the larger bedroom. So that means a few options
- A trundle bed with the baby on the mattress till Brighid goes away to college
- Bunk beds from IKEA - cheap metal stuff
- Two twin beds - my favorite
- Bunk beds that are quality and can seperate - Anna’s favorite
And that is what we did, we compromised and talked it out and agreed. Anna got bunk beds. We will have them delivered in a few days, and are selling the queen size bedroom set. It can go now. The mattress needs to be professionally cleaned, so I told Anna to list the bedroom set, and throw in the mattress for free as option A. Or option B, list the bedroom set, mattress and boxspring AND professional cleaning and mattress sanitization with a coupon or gift card or refund to let the buyers take the item back to their place and clean it there. This way if it gets dirty in transit it gets cleaned.
