Starbucks survey completed

Actually funny to get a survey form on a bad visit to a store, but since we will never win the prizes, getting the survey does let us send in feedback. Anna and I have learned to measure her drink by not tast - it comes out steaming hot. Of course if it is not too hot to drink, that is wrong. But by weight. It seems Starbucks has a problem where the staff does not know how much of the heavy coffee stuff to put in the bottom of the latte. Now from time to time, when it is done wrong, the staff person hands her the drink and it feels nearly empty or double the weight. Why they do not recognize that tells me they are making it wrong for every customer and need more training. She has been told the machine must have spit out too much or too little. If the machine does all the work, why is Starbucks not a vending machine? It just always seems a lame excuse. Just admit you did not notice, and redo it. That honest answer goes a lot longer then trying to fake out a girl that has gone from never drinking coffee and not understanding why people go to Starbucks, to being there every day. Anna is a pretty and savvy consumer.

The problems? The Sewell, NJ Starbucks was out of cranberry bliss bars, did not know when or if they would be in, and made her drink wrong. It took two discussions to get it fixed, and then I had to listen to her tell me as we drove home that the milk just tasted funny. When I offered to turn around and get it done again, she said to not bother. Seems she has come to expect the stuff from this location to never be right for her. Then why go here?
