National Treasure - 2 stars
We rented National Treasure last night to watch in the hotel. Another benefit of the DVC Membership is free rentals at the DVC properties. The kids got two Mickey’s Christmas DVD’s and that is what we watched last night. Before dinner and after dinner we watch Nicholas Cage. I can only recall him in City of Angels which is a very good movie. National Treasure was interesting, became just a bit silly with every random historical reference thrown in, way too much coincidental historical objects, and a story that just did not make me think anyone had a life in jeopardy. My wife loved it when she saw it in the theatre. I also think she has it at home on DVD.
As a time passer, it was entertaining. Would I go see the sequel which is apparently out soon? Nope.
