If you run into a constant demand for SKU011.CAB when starting any Office applications, do the following easy steps -
Start - Run REGEDT32.exe
Browse down to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Delivery\
Look for a key such as - {90170409-6000-11D3-8CFE-0150048383C9} and under it, change the value for “CDCache”=”2″ to 0
If you have multiple keys, delete all the duplicates.
Edit the registry at your own risk, but if you are searching the web for this problem, you know the dangers of getting advice from strangers, even ones like me who do this for a living and know what we are talking about or making up when the need arises.
