EVE Online - back again

After selling off all my toons, gear and finally the ISK itself for cold hard American dollars, I left EVE Online many months ago. Before I left, I made a new account, seeded myself with a bit of ISK, the in game currency of EVE, set a long skill in training and left. A few weeks back I recieved an offer for a 5 day welcome back code. So I went back, played around, set another long term skill into training and left.

Then after weeks of not doing any gaming, I realized that EVE with its real time off line training that I loved almost 2 years ago was still a great game option and reactivated my account. Well, after sending this email -
