Day 11 - Sunday
11 days already? How is that possible, she only left for a 12 day cruise.
Anyway, breakfast was cereal and letting the kids sleep late. Everyone got in showers, hair done, and out the door. Lunch was the left over pizza. First stop was the baby to her grandmothers to watch. Then off to Camden County College for the play. Eilis went in at 1:40 with her costume on, carrying her grey t-shirt for the mouse part, a small lunch bag with cheese sticks, a juice box, and some crayons. I explained to her that the back of her script was a lot of paper for her to draw on. Happy she went with the guide to the back of the theatre.
I went home, let the dog out, and then back to the college. Ann had bought the tickets already so one had my name on it at the table. This was a long event. And it ran even longer. We got out of there after 4 hours. Anna and Eilis went to the diner, and I ran home to get the dog out for a quick break. It was raining all day, and started to come down during dinner. It let up a bit and was still semi-sunny on my way to get the baby.
Back home, off to bed, end of a busy day.
Were are the pictures? Ann’s camera broken. Anna has ours. The video camera was flaky and I took video till my camera ran out of memory. How did my camera / phone with a 2GB Mini SD card run of of memory? Why, because I gave it to Anna as her backup storage and forgot to buy a new one for me to replace it. So with camera in hand, I started taking pictures and video and beep out of memory.
Oh one more thing, if we had pictures, you would notice something wrong with Eilis. She lost a tooth right before the recital started. It got loose so she went to the bathroom and wiggled it then yanked it out. Thats my Super Duper. On the way to her grnadmother sshe asked me if I believed in the Tooth Fairy. I said why do you ask, and she said because if I didn’t then I would have to put money under her pillow tonight.
Speaking of kids injuries, the baby went to her grandmothers with a bloody nose. Seems she was running around with her sister chasing a baloon, and tripped. of course as luck would have it she was not downstairs on the carpet, comforter, pillos and blankets but in the dining room on the hard wood floor. A few tears, a little blood, no big deal.
