This entire day was devoted to fighting with Sears for a repairmen to show aup and actually work on the washing machine. The first call was from the repairmen saying we are next. i said fine, then asked if he was the guy who was out here the other day. he said yes, and I said I had requested a different person show up. He says fine, and he will call his boss. An hour later I get a call from some Sears guy and this fun announcement, “Your repairmen called out sick we will have to reschedule for th following week.” This starts over a dozen calls into Sears asking for a supervisor and getting blown off, hung up, sent to voice mail and sent to number that do not exist.

When I finally get someone, she says she will have someone there tonight or tomorrow. The tonight was because I explained it this way - 1. The manager shoud have called to say no one else was available and give me the option, not dump me on the spot. I mean after all, why should he care about the customer. Secondly, if I was dumped from the middle of the list, just put me on the back of the list and show up at night.

Work started today on the bathroom and the swingset. All the front bathroom tiles are up and we can see what caused the soft spots and loose tiles.

Breakfast - cereal

Lunch - turkey sandwiches, with mustard. For Granuaile, American Cheese

Dinner - mixed vegetables and steak and peppers. Desert was strawberries

Not much happened today, the big thing is waiting for the washer repairman visit tomorrow from Sears, and getting stuff fixed up around the house. I had 5 cubic yards of mulch delivered, and the house looks better in the front. I might get flowers and plant them before they get home, or let her go and pick out the colors and styles. Not sure yet.
