Down 17 pounds and 4%
My Monday night PT sesson was preparing to not be at the gym for a while. And it was a good time to recheck measurements. I am happy with the results. During the months of April and May 2007, I have dropped 17 pounds and 4% body fat. And up a little over a pound in muscle.
When you look at the differences in how much I am doing and the start of muscles, it has been a very good 2 months at the Milwaukee Downtown YMCA. I would recommend the facility and their staff highly.
