We closed today our current mortgage which was 30 years fixed and replaced it with a newer 15 year fixed. 10 years gone and 1.5% of annual interest also. A few other bills being collapsed, but a great way to start off the new year. All the savings in monthly payments is going towards improvements on the house and then paying down principals. Good to have less bills.
