28x and holding

Getting hit with a bad cold / fever and ear infection, then 4 weeks on antibiotics. Add in what a difference a change in work schedule makes. A few days working from home, and then spent in a hotel. At least in the hotel I got back into the full routine of gym in the evening and getting up at 5:15 to go to the gym in the morning. Hopefully another week on the road and I will be back into the full schedule and will see more progress.
I am happy though - week on the road and nothing but water, and no trips to fast food joints. Dinner each night was salad, soup and a shrimp appetizer. Desert and snacks was some fruit. Nothing uber low calorie but healthy and portion controlled.
