Its COMCAS-Testicle!

Yes another service visit COMCAST blew off without a word from anyone. Hard COMCAST-ic. It’s COMCAS-Testicle, because they fuck over another customer.

  • Friday interupptions to cable modem service
  • Saturday interruptions and an outage
  • Sunday morning outages
  • Sunday morning call COMCAST and get an appointment for Monday afternoon
  • Monday morning lady calls to say overbooked, I can have an appointment for Wednesday. I ask for a supervisor. She says he is busy and will have to call back
  • Monday morning guy calls to say they will be out Monday afternoon
  • Monday morning lady calls back to ask if we still want to speak to a supervisor since her supervisor hasn’t come in for the day and willnot be available till later that day
  • Monday afternoon no one from COMCAST shows up
  • Monday evening I call and wait on hold for an hour
  • Tuesday morning I call and wait on hold for 45 minutes while they try and find out why they missed my appointment
  • Tuesday - no calls back
  • Wednesday - no calls back
  • Thursday - no calls back
  • Friday - no calls back. I call into COMCAST and they try and blow off the problem and book me yet another appointment for Saturday. I ask for a supervisor. The supervisor tells me he cannot get ahold of anyone in dispatch to find out why we got screwed all week. He offers to ignore the Monday problem and book another appointment. I ask to speak to a dispatch supervisor and get an appointment for Friday afternoon or evening. He refuses. I repeat my request. The final result. He sent a message to a dispatch supervisor, which a moment ago he was unable to do through IM, email, or the COMCAST help desk software. He agrees that I will hear back from a dispatcher which he doubts will happen, or he will call me back by 7PM tonight before he leaves for the day at 9PM
