Gym update

Everyone of us has had the tour, the first session with weigh in, body fat and stretching scores. And today was the last for the first workout sesson with a trainer.

Today I did 429.6 in the morning and 455 in the evening. Now this is according to the treadmill. It is the fancy heavy duty kind with tracks, inclines and asks for
track I use #7 - Aerobic I
time - 45 minutes with an automatic 5 minute cool down
age - 29 but I generally put in that number my wife and daughter shout out
weight - holly freakin crap

For my stats, 126 is the last heartrate in the weight loss zone and 127 bumps into aerobic. The first trainer said to stay in weight lose according to the machine. The one yesterday said to stay at my target heart rate for my age of 127 +-5

Between the combination of going fromnot at all to twice a day, I have built up from 2.0 mph to 2.8-3.0mph and with it the calorie burn per 45 minute cycle with the 5 minute cooldown.

One of these days I might even get back on a scale
