Cingular - latest update
An inane collections letter demanding $1,412.85. Cingular Wireless will soon be left with no alternative but to refer your account to a collection agency for further collection treatment. This referral may result in additional collection fees and a negative report on your credit history.
Hmm, when when when will that day come when an intelligent attorney gets this matter so I can laugh and ask them the same question I have asked since this first started: Show me proof of delivery for items #1 and #2 on my bill. What you don’t have it so you want to charge me? Then show me proof of delivery on items #3 and #4 on my bill. What you don’t have that and its my fault also? Nope clowns. Sooner or later Cingular Wireless or their collections agents will wise up.
And just an FYI - the first negative report on my credit was removed already. They could not provide proof of delivery to the credit agencies so they removed the entries. Maybe that will give some clown a clue.
