Cingular - the bill
In a sheer move of stupidity I get the following bill from Cingular Wireless today. After a call into customer service I find out they are trying to charge me for 2 phones I never recieved and 2 phones that I sent back broken they say they cannot locate. Now on the one I never recieved, they want to charge me full price and they cannot provide proof of delivery. They want me to call the delivery company and complain to them. - Wrong
On the 2 I did recieve, they were sent back with the provided shipping materials. What got sent back? 2 broken, 30 month phones that are no longer sold or manufactured. They are trying to charge me full price. I can buy them working in good condition on EBay for $20-$30 each. I am sure I could find them broken for even less.
This is the end of my service with Cingular Wirless and AT&T - off to either TMobile where my phone currently is with, or Verizon Wireless who is providing the excellent EVDO service with my data card. Most likely Verizon Wireless if I can finally decide on a phone.
