Shop Rite $300 coupon
So this year my wife switched from Acme to Shop Rite - instead of a turkey for spending $X, she got 10% off coupons for spending $300.00 OR a turkey. So she acquired 3 of the 5 max coupons. When we went shopping you could use up to 5 coupons and safe up to $500 on purchases. So after filling and over filling 2 carts we saved $300 dollars.
Could we have bought more - well after all that shopping I still had to order pizza - we had no food in the house. Just making a note, since we were talking about it again. And I still have the same question: “Was it worth it?” And if yes, “Why did we not save more?” I would think we could have saved more if we had A cleaned out the car more before the trip and B Had Brighid with us to push a 3rd cart. We had a 4 like item limit, but we should he picke dup 4 prime ribs, 4 packs of steaks, etc…and rang up another couple hundred dollar meat bill and tossed the stuff in the freezer downstairs.
