Christmas Eve
Woke up this morning on the living room floor. We had a sleep out downstairs because our bedroom is full of wrapped and unwrapped presents. And Eilis loves family sleep outs on the living room floor. We watched Christmas with the Kranks - could have been 3 stars then fell to a predictable and unfunny one star at the half way to the end point. Not something to add to the Christmas holiday collection.
And first thing we did? Rush out at 8 AM for a last minute gift. Seems the holiday shopper picked up Christmas PJ’s for the entire family less one. Off to the mall early and back within two hours. I like last minute shopping trips for small last minute things and the JDF.
Christmas Eve at the in laws. The kids had a great time, and when we got home we did the oatmeal, grits and glitter for reindeer food on the sidewalk. Eilis got to open her 3rd new little people set today - and appropriately - Santa’s sleigh and reindeer
