Small scary world

In bed at 9PM watching COSMOS. Yes, getting up before 6AM and driving approximately 2 hours to work is tiring on the eyes especially when little buckles are holding the retinas on so I can use those eyes.
Anyway, I am driving my wife’s mini van with some unknown passenger in the front with me. I proceed to tell them “You know what is different in the Navy today?” and then go from the left lane to the middle, and I am unable to get into the right lane to make the exit because of two buses very close til to nose on each other who are in the right lane and taking the off ramp. The off ramp on I-295 to Haddonfield-Berlin Road that has been there all my life and I know it and would never gun for it from the left lane. If you miss it, it is a clover leaf, you just go up a few feet and spin around.
So anyway, I tell the unknown passenger, “Boatswain Mates can no longer hit people. I was reading an old copy of my US Navy materials and came across an entry in the ships logs of a BM3 apologizing forĀ hitting a sailor without good cause”. Yes, BM3; masters of the ships they worked years ago before the days of paper crows. Now I actually did read this somewhere, but for my families safety would not be able to tell you where, OR if it was just part of this entire sequence of events burned in my mind.
So anyway, I drive into the exit along side the two buses, blow out my tires, the buses honk their horns, and I skid into a stop blocking the off ramp with the two buses skidding to a stop. No one is hurt that I can see. And do not ask me for the names on the buses, I did not see them.
Next thing, I am awake in my bed. It has been 19 minutes, still freshly burned in my mind. And I walk downstairs, and instead of checking team speak, hit the toilet. THEN walk to my desk and see this message….
[23:13:07] Pugilist - HE’S NOT NICE! quit
So had I not stopped for the toilet, I would be chatting with Pugilist as he was trying to log off for the night. What about? Nothing - I have nothing on my plate to talk to him about other then just general bull shit. Put if you are into dreams, this one is a doosie to go over, especially when you combine it with the oddity of me waking upstairs in my bedroom as he logged off. Or that although I was in the US Navy, the same as my father, Pugilist was not in the military, his brother served in the Army and his father in the Navy. Pugilist grew up a Navy brat. And in decades I can only tell you I have woken from 2 dreams to tell people about it.
