So the second season in review. Well the first season had moments where the episodes ended and I just said “WOW!” A the moments with “SO say we all” where you just sat stuck with the emotions of the crew and their hopes for survival.

2nd season just sucked on so many accounts. And lets review the finale

• We start off with the return of a battlestar to the fleet
• The battlestar Pegasus
• Lead by a female admiral, Admiral Kane
• Her XO had a drunk fest with Galactica’s XO and told a tale of Admiral Kane
• She gave an order and it was ignored on the bridge so she shot the XO in the head
• She then promoted this guy to XO and he obeyed the order
• This is followed by a drunken laugh and a haha just joking
• Then we see the Galatica XO and Adama discussing this event and it ends with no conclusion if its true or not
• Admiral Kane has a cylone in her prison
• Its 7, the cylone that is in the head of Vice President Dr. Gias Baltar
• She is chained to the floor of the bridge and beat to hell
• We learn that the Admiral has a cylone interrogator who raped the cylone
• Then we learn that the crew of Pegasus got to take turns raping the cylone prisoner
• Now the fat gystapo cylone interrogator comes to Galactica
• He goes into the cell with the oriental cylone
• The one the chief banged onboard Galactica
• The one who shot Adama at the end of season one
• The one the Lieutenant banged and knocked up on Caprica
• She is asked about a picture
• He beats her, then its a commercial break
• When we return from commerical we have to watch “DANGER ADULT DANGER PARENTAL” message on the screen
• What we see is her crying, her arms held down and the fat gystapo guy undoing his belt
• Then the chief and Lt run in and knock him off her and in the fight he is killed from a rusty screw on the cell walls

So true to form Admiral Kane orders them killed. Adama protests, so she holds a mock court martial without telling anyone and finds the two quity and sentenances them to death. As this point Adama has had enough and launches fighters and a marine detachment in a viper.

And the 2nd season ends. To be continued in January 2006

Whew what an episode. I so wanted to be on the edge of my seat. But the Admiral was so PMS overload. And true to form, bitch woman don’t like working for other woman so she doesn’t answer Madame Presidents calls. She bosses around the people under her. And no one directly under her is a woman - suprise suprise. Did the script writers just look around at the bitchy woman they have worked for and make her the worst of them all?

2nd season - crap

3rd season - Have they started shooitng it, or will it be cancelled? Who knows. Giess it depends on the production costs and the commerical revenue. Although lets review the commercials during tonights season finale. Sci-Fi promos for other shows, I think maybe 1 ad for the movie Serenty, and lots of Sci-Fi bumper spots dude with dog and lizard tongue and the kid with snake dog and stick. You know, things that are there because Sci-Fi cannot sell the ad space to paying customers.
