SEARS Home Serrvice - cluster fuck

The freezer hit a snag. Either something mechanical, or the door seals are getting worn, or someone forgot to close it properly. Whatever happened, stuff started to thaw, a lot of milk for the baby had to be tossed, and a few food items. Called to SEARS Home Service, or rather on line, and book an appt for Wed AM service. at 2:42 PM the tech calls and says he is checking if I am in, and is on his way over to fix the refrigerator. I reminded him it was the freezer, he said got it, and on his way. At 4:45 SEARS customer service calls to say they are over booked. I explain how pissed I am, they say they will find out where the tech disappeared to and call me back. Its 10PM now, I’m calling them since they never called back.
