Wells Fargo Mortgage - do not use
Do not use, initiate or do business with Wells Fargo Mortgage. The loan servicing department is pathetic, cannot provide consistent answers, and continues to be a group of minimum wage morons who cannot transfer a call, routinely disconnect customers, and cannot transfer a call to a supervisor.
If you have the choice of any mortgage company, go with them and skip Wells Fargo. The hassles for the life of your loan will be unbearable. Dealing with idiots like the Wells Fargo customer service loan department should serve as a warning to customers. You will need to call your loan company sooner or later, even when things are all going correct. Late stub, error on tax payments. Then the true problems of such a poor organization come through loud and clear.
Add on: they call me twice last week, and ask me to verify my confidential personal information. And their number shows up on callerID as BLOCKED. What idiot gives information to some clown who calls them on the phone? Then I tell them that they are not authorized to contact me via telephone, remind them of the every December letter sent certified mail to their offices. They say I dont show that, we will call back again any time we want and hang up. Jack asses.
