You’re Gonna Make Me Lonesome When You Go

I love this song so much, I decided to grab the original and a few other remakes and check them out. UGHH! They all sucked. If you have heard this song before, you have to hear it done to perfection by Madeleine Peyroux on Careless Love. Its not only better the the original, it puts all the other remakes to shame.

Andy Hill & Renee Safier - this version totally sucks
Ben Watt - OMG this sucked. Its bad on a scale of Bird on a wire by the backup singers
Mary Lou Lord - a female Bob Dylan she is not
Robin Greenstein - female country version that would have been gongeg off The Gong Show in 10 seconds
Shawn Colvin - don’t bother, it sucks

These 5 sucked so bad I should put a link here for you to hear a sample and email the singer to tell them they suck.
