Thursday and Friday plumber visit

The house always knolws when money must be coming my way. Upstairs toilet running then chain breaks. While talking to Rick, the plumber next door drives buy comes in and fixes upstairs, check the house and I tell him downstairs is loose. He says no, I show him. He comes back on Friday takes it apart and luckily it wasnt the flange, just rusted bolts. Someone on installation years ago decided iron was a good choice for plumbling fixtures. They saved $0.02 and it cose me for a plumber visit. So Anna calls her mothert in law about the handicapped toilet she offered to pay for. Anthony tells her the price she says its way to high, she will just buy one at Home Depot. Told her to get bent. Idiot. I hate her crap, but Anna insists on dealing with her.
