Hiya, let me try to answer your questions from the latest and greatest information available.

Q1: At this time, the intent is a YES.  They do plan for you to be able to play villains and heroes on the same server.  but they are still flexible on this.

Q2: Heores and Villains are supposed to be able to interact with each other, so YES they are able to converse.

Q3:  This has not been brought up or mentioned as of yet.  But I do not think that heroes should be able to assist villains by trading.  This is an UNKNOWN.

Q4: Villains will be new characters.  There is at this time no eay for an existing hero to slip to the dark side and become a villain.

Q5: They are currently working on a lot of new costumes and variants.  I have not heard of any villain only costume mods as of yet.  It is still early though.

Q6: I have heard nothing about this either, they have the tools to do so.  In fact the in game statistic machines are bugged right now and will display stats in game.  Nothing has indicated that they will create a herald type out of game stat site.
